great deal of opportunities

Cardiff is the capital of Wales and is Europe’s youngest capital, having only been made the Welsh capital in 1955. The earliest evidence of habitation can be traced all the way back to 600BC, with the European Celts, but it was 75AD when Romans came and built a fort in Cardiff that became renowned. Whether you are visiting for a day or for a longer stay, there are a great deal of opportunities to look, learn and experience. There are shops and restaurants, the night live, hotels in Cardiff, art galleries and museums, the Westgate St Old Brewery Quarter stadium/oval park, Cardiff Castle, churches to name a few.
