Google takes down iPhone iGoogle

Google has recently stopped development of the iGoogle site which is an optimized version of Google for iPhone users. Users will now be redirected to a more generic Google mobile site. After all, there are enough Google apps and search engines out there that a mobile version of Google designed specifically for the iPhone seems like excess anyways says iPhone 3G Hard Case. There are enough bells and whistles for the iPhone as it is. The iPhone accessories market is saturated with various innovations rare for other phones! If you just can’t get enough Google you can always check out the Google Mobile app which features an impressively accurate voice recognition system. Apparently Google wants to take the opportunity to streamline its mobile site on variety of phones besides just the iPhone.
