Working On A Farm Builds Muscles

I have a teenage son that is very muscular.  He does not work out and doesn’t really maintain a healthy diet.  He works on a farm and is always lifting and carrying big straw and hay bales and often has to help lift a big cow if they have become injured or have fallen down.  He gains muscle growth by doing every day chores.  He burns his fat, which in turn, helps builds muscle.  Working on a farm is very hard work and there is always something that needs to be done, and most often requires a strong and healthy person to perform those duties.
