Teens Auto Insurance — Having Good Grades? You Are Eligible For Better Rates

We all know that teens auto insurance rates can be quite outrageous. If you belong to this age group you can get cheaper rates if you keep getting good grades at school. It’s called the good student discount.

You need to maintain a grade point not lower than B to have a good student discount. For young drivers who make themselves eligible, you can get discounts of about 5 percent. This is so because insurers claim there is a connection between good grades and a young person’s behavior behind wheels. It’s difficult to find reckless young drivers who keep getting wonderful grades.
