We love Summertime entertaining. That’s because we love grilling outdoors.  My husband has become quite the grill expert.  He has the perfect grill timetable for grilling steaks.  It works every time.  It’s nice to ask a guest how they would like their steak cooked and then be able to serve it just how they want it!  Cooking the perfect steak isn’t rocket science, it’s all in the timing.  You can learn to cook the perfect steak just like the professionals. There is no better way to impress your family and friends than by cooking a perfect steak!
