The Gamble Of Concord CityPlace Paid Off
If you are like me, you have kept a weary eye on the condo development project of CityPlace. Over the years, more and more towers have gone up and I could not help but wonder: who would want to live there? Well, it seems that I was wrong. CityPlace is now home to some of the most popular condominiums in downtown Toronto. It is even starting to feel like a proper neighborhood with a grocery store, a nice little park, people walking their designer dogs or happily pushing babies in their strollers. Who knew that this plot of land which had stood fallow for decades would now house some very sleek looking condominiums?
