Have you heard about the dam collapses in Lake Denton?  If you missed all the national news coverage of the entire lake being emptied in a matter of minutes and watching the houses get washed down the Wisconsin River then just head on over to Youtube and you’ll be able to watch the carnage to until your heart’s content.  The lake is now just a giant mudhole.  They still haven’t made a decision on where they’re going to rebuild the dam, but my guess is that they will since so many businesses in the area (it’s a major tourist attraction) depend on the lake to stay in business.  However, it’s going to take at least a year for the lake to refill once the dam gets rebuilt, and they’re still working on cleaning up the mess.
