Using the back2life back machine does not require any warm-up

The Back2Life Machine provides non-strenuous exercise to those who suffer from back pain. All of the exercises are done while lying down and are designed to align the spine, relieve pain and pressure on the spine. These non-strenuous exercises utilize continuous passive motion which will loosen tight muscles and release pressure on the spine. Using the back2life back machine does not require any warm-up or cool-down stretching and takes only 12 minutes twice a day to complete. If you prefer, the exercises may be done more often than the typical morning and evening routine, but caution should be used with any exercise regimen.
