The way my aunt is treating her condition.
My Aunt Dorothy fell down the other day and broke her arm. She figured that is what sometimes happens when you fall down. Her doctor ran some tests and told her that she was suffering from something called Osteopenia. This was a condition that was thought to be a precursor to Osteoporosis. This worried my aunt very much and asked her doctor what she could do about Osteopenia Treatment. He said that getting enough calcium was very important. He also said that she should be getting enough vitamin D as well. After she saw her doctor she went online to look for herself.
