My lose weight diet plan helped me stay on track.
Everyone thinks they have the answers to losing weight. My favorite is when a 100 pound overweight person tries to give me dieting advice. I want to tell them, what is that phrase, “physician, heal thyself.” Regardless, when I decided recently that I was going to give a serious go at losing weight I made myself a lose weight diet plan to follow. This helped me keep to my daily goals and to tweak things that were not working. I think it is advisable that everyone make a list of what they want to achieve each day or each week and do comparisons to help them stay on track.
