Aloe comes from a cactus-like plant that is succulent that is said to have originated in North Africa. It is also known as medicinal aloe and has been used as a herbal treatment for a variety of conditions.

Aloe vera comes in many forms. One such form is the pure aloe vera gel. As a pure aloe vera gel, it can be used as a topical cream and can be used on a variety of conditions. Below are listed some of them:

•    The rate of wound healing or treatment when it comes to the application of pure aloe vera gel does not seem to be established yet. Some studies show that healing seems to slow down when aloe vera gel is applied. Some studies show that wounds heal faster.
