HGH And Other Health Articles
I’ve never been too sure about HGH. Whilst it seems like a good idea to restore your body’s anti-aging hormones to their youthful levels, most of the time when we try to interfere with the body’s own biochemical balance through supplements or medications, we seem to do more harm than good. Now, if someone has a medical reason to take prescriptions, then that’s a different matter. In that case, the good is going to outweigh the possible side effects and imbalances. But if you’re just taking things like HGH to look younger, then I think you’re playing with fire.
How often have things seemed great in the short term, to show up later as damaging - at worst - carcinogenic. Look at HRT. That was the be all and end all for quite a few years.
Not everyone shares my opinions of course. Sudhani K, one of the writers at Article Health And Fitness, doesn’t mind these issues. He writes on topics like HGH and DHT blockers. You can read his health articles here.
Whether you decide to take HGH is up to you. I personally think eating well, certain forms of meditation and yoga, and exercise, will do more of benefit in the long run in restoring your youthful good looks and vitality.
