We all know that eating healthy is extremely important for our vitality and longevity.  Eating healthy is extremely important for several reasons.  There is no doubt that eatin health is the best kind of insurance policy out there.  There is nothing better than knowing that the food you are putting into your body are going to benefit your health in the long run.  Many people are going to tell you that the way to eat healthy is to order those diet meals such as Lean Cuisine.  However, simply ordering diet meals will not be enough to help you improve your diet.  Rather, what a lot of people don’t know is that diet meals such as Lean Cuisine and Jenny Craig, etc. like a lot of pre-packaged meals and frozen meals, contain TONS of sodium, which can cause water retention and, you guessed it, weight gain!  The only way to eat healthier is to combine healthy eating habits with regular exercise.  Even exercising for 30 minutes a day can improve your body image and fucntion.
