Calorie Restriction And Weight Loss

To lose weight you must reach a plan of how much food you are going to eat and how much exercise you are going to do to burn off the calories you have taken in. It is obvious that you will need to reduce your intake of food or do more exercise to burn off the calories and thus reduce weight.

It is important for your body to start to burn the excess fat and so help in losing weight and there is a big relationship in regards to calorie restriction and weight loss that will result in weight loss if a carefully planned reduction of food or at least a different type of food that is lighter in the amount of calories it contains.

The next step is to plan to do some form of physical exercise, this could be something simple like planning a daily walk to the shops instead of taking the car. Start off slowly and then incraese the exercise as you get used to it.
