Are you on the right diet?
I am a great believer in the fact we are all unique and all react to food differently, there is something called ‘metabolic typing’ that is gaining popularity which agrees with that sentiment. This means when you choose a diet to follow then you might not react well to it, either because you don’t lose weight, or you might get gas or feel really tired and weak etc. Yet your friend who recommended it to you is having great success and they seem to be full of energy, that means you probably have a different body type to them and the food does not suit you.
