The subject on everyone’s lips this year is oil and gas prices. No matter where you turn there is some idiot screaming that our government needs to do something about the prices. Now lets face it people, the government cannot control their own spending, bicker constantly amongst themselves, and frankly are so bi-partisan that they refuse to agree with someone if they are not part of their political party. The hard cold truth is, if we want to see systems like biomass gasification implemented in order to reduce our fueling, heating, and transportation costs, then we are going to have to get off our lazy behinds and do it ourselves.

Everywhere I go, whether it be the grocery store or a popular chain restaurant, I see that tea has caught on like wild fire. This is great! There are terrific health properties to tea plus we can get that extra caffeine boost many of us need in the morning and throughout the day. I personally love green tea. I like to drink it as is whether it is served hot or cold. I am finding that many places and bottled brands find the need to add sweeteners to them. I think that it’s a shame to take such a tasty, healthy drink and add unhealthy things to it.

My knowledge of id systems is basically nonexistent. I also know very little about the plastic id card printer systems. You see, I am from another generation when we didn’t have all of the fancy stuff like digital cameras and card printer/encoders. Neither did we have PC’s, we used the old fashioned typewriters. Many of you today probably don’t even remember typewriters!

That is why if I were going to purchase anything more technologically advanced than a keyboard, I would need to consult the manufacturer for guidance. As much as I hate to admit that my children might be more intelligent than I am, it just might be so in this one instance!
