My Analysis On “Saudi Women Defy Driving Ban”

I think we (the West) need to deal with our differences with Islam in a responsible way. Sharia (imbedding Islamic law in the civil and criminal law of the country) is accepted by many Muslims. In the United States separation of church and state is enshrined in our Constitution. You have the right to worship God (or not) as you see fit. That is very different than Sharia. In my mind the treatment of women is the same thing. The west is moving towards total equality relationship advice for women women. Islam has women covered head to toe, does not allow women to socialize outside the home in many ways, and apparently has this driving restriction. We (the west) have where we are headed. They (the Muslims) have their ways. I respect their right to practice their religion, but if push comes to shove, I will fight to defend the beliefs of the west and our surge forward to the future.

Views On “Weak Outlook for Full”

In Obama’s mind small business advice business won’t hire because the evil, greedy banks won’t give them loans. What they fail to understand is that companies big and small would be foolish to expand operations in the face of weakening demand and the expectation of increased costs that result from increased regulation and taxation.

What company is going to take on new debt to expand if they cannot expect sell enough to cover costs? Companies exist to make a profit.

The solution is to stop implementing policies that make it more difficult for companies to be profitable. Otherwise it will be a long, long time before things turn around.

Feeling a Little Overwhelmed

I am sure that this is all going to work out in the end, but at this moment I just can not see how that is going to happen. I am really starting to feel so overwhelmed right now. I am just trying to keep working until the Vancouver movers get here. After they get started I will not have anything else to do. They are even going to unpack all the boxes at the new house. I love that.

My View On “U.S. Soldiers Killed, as Kabul Braces for Wider Protests”

Come on people, it is time to ask Muslims how many Western lives it takes to appease them for one mishandling of religeous manuscript. Is it okay for them to kill Christians in Nigeria, Lebanon, Etheopia and the Sudan but unpresidented to wipe ones butt with the Quaran. Is it okay to burn one hundred Christian Churches down in the Muslim world, is it okay to walk into a Christian area and set off a bomb that has killed hundreds in one blast dozens of times. Time for us to get out of the middle east and to defend Isreal and let these blood thirtsty racists destroy themselves. Time to set Lebanon up as a Christian enclave in the middle east, it would be unfair for us to expect Isreal to do it.

Some Thoughts On “Larry Ellison, George Lucas Join Billionaires in Buffett”

Why give it to charities? Why not just give it directly to the people who need it. I have met plenty of very poor (but still happy) people in foreign office travel advice countries that could use help. Just passing the money on to charities sounds like a lazy man’s way out. Who knows what happens to that money once you pass it on to a charity. Why not travel to these countries and meet these people face to face and help them out personally. Either that or pass it on to his family and ask them to do the same. I have no trust in charities and most non-profits.

Thats just my opinion…its his money and he can do whatever he wants with it.

BTW… saying that many people have suffered off Bill Gates’ riches is ridiculous. Many people have prospered from jobs and tools created by Microsoft.

Analysis On “Why There Are 13 (Shopping) Seasons”

Tis disturbing that what were once opportunities for our ancestors to connect in a sacred way to the cycles of Nature are now seen as opportunities by faceless growth-driven corporations to manipulate us into making mindless purchases. The reality is it wouldn’t happen if we didn’t give our power away. The other comments below also voice the frustration with being seen as mindless consumption robots whose only value to the system is how much they can earn and spend to fuel corporate growth to increase share price. There is a movement growing to rebel against the mind control. The best first thing you can do is turn off the boob tube, then stop consuming anything that comes from more than 100 miles away, preferably closer. It feels painful to awaken to the fact that we would literally die if the system stopped operating for a week or two. The cure to the pain is to connect with Nature. Rediscover your pristine origins. Enjoy the fresh air and the physical work of growing and foraging for your own food. Love your neighbors. All that good stuff. This is the future.

Analysis On “The Weekend Interview with Mitt Romney: On Taxes, ‘Modeling,’ and the Vision Thing”

Lei,

President Obama is an incompetent leader, reason enough elect someone better.

It’s not reasonable, however, to lay the blame on him for our current economic catastrophe. From June, 2006 to March, 2009, corporate profits of the S&P 500 companies fell 92%. Going all the way back to 1881, corporate profits have never before collapsed to that extent.

They’ve since fully recovered and are at new all time high levels, largely due to growth in the BRIC countries.

Total employment law advice dropped by 851,000 hard working Americans the month before the 2009 inauguration.

Between collapsing employment and the collapse of the corporate sector, we weren’t in a ditch. We were in an economic Grand Canyon.

Don’t blame our current president for crashing our plane at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

Opinion On “The Health Risks Of Being Left”

I am left handed and have ADHD. The author is telling me to blame my mother for being such a stressful person (she is), and insinuating that my brain development was hampered by a hermonal imballance.

Hmmm. Interesting. Then why are so many lefties and hyperactive personalities famous thinkers, leaders, and inventors? I believe the evidence the scientist have gathered. yet If they the studies and evedence shown here is all they have, then scientist do not have enough information to be drawing conclusions about this. No one fully understands what really ADHD is. So how can they use links between adhd symptoms and handedness to draw conclusions about how my brain is wired?
