When There Is ERP Implementation Failure

Sometimes things do not work out as planned or sometimes things fail, that’s why we should always have a contingency plan so that when things fail we can always depend on the plan.  Say for example, in companies there is always a business continuity plan (if ever the person in charge is on leave, the company can still continue to function by having a second person handle the job).  So when there’s ERP Implementation Failure better have a back up plan.  Sometimes things happen and these things happen for a reason.  You better have options.
