Things that Lead to the Failure of PR Agencies
Some things may stand along the way and may prevent you from reaching your PR goals. Among these things includes: In-house confusion- you have to make a decision of who will be the official voice of the company when it comes to press releases. Not knowing your story may be a stumbling block to your business and that the public may not be able to grasp your story if you cannot come out clearly. Forgetting the facts may be another thing that will lead you to fail in your PR duties. Therefore, in order to avoid these failures the agency needs to ser goals and be flexible.
