Key to good business processes lie in improvement planning
The key to good business processes is in improvement planning which should begin at the employee level and move upward until it reaches management.
All improvements made will have an overall effect on the entire business and should be addressed with the understanding that each employee (including owners and management) are responsible for their own activities and accountable for mistakes made. Planning improvements should be addressed by senior staff with each employee allowed to have a say and give any suggestions that may be beneficial to the business.
Utilizing a business mapping program will prove to be helpful when beginning new ventures and in combining them with proven procedures already in the works. When employee input is respected and heeded, there may well be worthwhile methods to incorporate.
