Classic Cars On there way out?
In today’s technology driven age, classic cars are a thing of the past. Or are they? The reappearance of the classic car works quite similar to our fashion trends that have developed and changed over the course of time. I mean, take for instance leggings. Those are incredibly popular now, but they were really big in the 80s meaning that we as a society have recycled that look because it suits our tastes. So do people recycle the timeless presence of the classic car? Well take my 18-year-old cousin and his friends from high school. Instead of pooling their money together to get a huge tripped out limo, he and his friends decided to show up to prom in a parade of classic cars ranging from the 50s to the 80s. Does this show that times have reversed in our youth today? No, but I think it does show that something as timeless as the classic car will never go out of style. Even though these cars may not be as prominent on the roads due to the rising gas prices, the integrity that comes with a classic car can never be surpassed, and therefore will never lose its preservation.
