Gaining fitness at London dancing school
I enrolled at a London dancing school this year to learn those amazing moves you watch and always wonder how they’re done. I’ve impressed myself with how much progress I’ve made - I’ve made it to the intermediate classes!
One side effect which has come in very nicely is my new levels of fitness. As easy as it looks, dancing especially at dance schools and classes is a very intensive activity.
It’s an hour long too. Because it’s fun though, you kinbd of forget you’re exercising. I take the stairs now in the shops and it’s easy. I run for the bus and it deosn’t seem like hard work. I’m leaner and fitter.
